slab hut, serving modern Australian cuisine with

The Green Herring Restaurant - is a rich experience.
The slab hut was built at Bookham, NSW in 1860
and was relocated to the Ginninderra Village in 1970.

Jane herring & Graham Green have been your hosts since
1988.The ambience and atmosphere is second to none,
with wonderful modern Australian food, glorious open fires
and friendly attentive service as primary
drawcards in a restaurants that is unique to Canberra.
